Product Details

A solar stake light shaped like a low openwork bollard, for paths and flower beds

This Modee solar LED light, shaped like a low openwork bollard, stands 31 cm tall, stake included. It pushes into a lawn, a flower bed or a planter in seconds. Set at regular intervals, several stake lights mark out a path, edge a terrace or highlight a step.

How it works

No cable to run, no socket to provide: the solar panel recharges its battery during the day, and the lamp switches on by itself at nightfall. The battery is a rechargeable AAA Ni-MH cell, included: it is easy to replace once it wears out.

What kind of light?

Its warm white light, close to that of a candle or a lantern, creates a soft mood without spoiling the look of the garden.

Positioning

Choose a well-exposed spot, with no shadow falling on the panel. On grey days the light lasts less long than in summer. Protected against rain and splashing water (IP44), it can stay outdoors all season. A switch lets you turn it off, for winter storage for example.
