DECOSTAR 51 S

The OSRAM Decostar 51S is the standard reference for dichroic MR16 halogen bulbs (GU5.3 base, 12V), with a “cold light” reflector that reflects heat backwards for a cooler light beam. Available in 35W and 50W and several beam angles (36°, 60°), it suits all standard recessed spotlights and 12V tracks. The term “cold light” means the dichroic reflector lets infrared heat pass through to the back rather than sending it back into the beam, reducing warming of illuminated objects.
