The part number printed on the lamp
The maker's name and the string of figures are almost always enough. It is the quickest starting point.
A photo, if the marking is unreadable
Cap, glass, etching, the luminaire's label: a few shots let us identify the lamp and check what can replace it.
The EAN code or an old invoice
A barcode or a ten-year-old order line identifies the part number without any doubt, even if it is no longer made.
Over 2,000 part numbers are live in the shop, many of them no longer produced. You can also search directly by part number, browse the special lamps or the germicidal UV-C lamps.

What businesses ask us
My lamp is no longer made — what now?
Send us the part number or a photo. We look for remaining stock, the equivalent from another brand, then the LED version compatible with your luminaire. If nothing fits, we tell you so.
Do you ship outside France?
Yes. We ship from Strasbourg throughout the European Union and internationally. EU companies whose VAT number is confirmed by VIES are invoiced without VAT.
Can I get a quote before ordering?
Yes, on request, with trade prices, availability and lead time. We accept company purchase orders.
Do you sell singly or only by the box?
Both. Most part numbers ship singly; a few technical lamps carry a minimum set by the maker, always shown on the product page.
