We supply town councils, local authorities and technical services across France and Europe. What they ask us for is almost never a catalogue: it is one specific lamp — the one in the sports hall, the covered playground or the village hall that has just gone out.
A lamp or a reference you cannot find?
Don’t replace the whole installation because of one lamp. Send us the reference, the barcode or a photo of the lamp or the luminaire: we look for the original reference while it still exists, and otherwise for a compatible replacement.
The manufacturer’s reference
Stamped on the cap, printed on the glass, or shown on the luminaire’s rating plate.
The barcode (EAN)
The 13 digits on the original box: they identify the exact product, colour temperature included.
If the marking is unreadable
The cap, the glass and the rating plate are usually enough to identify the lamp.

Old and hard-to-find references
Many municipal buildings still run on lamps the manufacturers have discontinued. These are the ones councils order from us most often.
Discharge and metal halide lamps
Halls, sports centres, churches, façade and monument lighting: HQI, HCI and CMH-TD are still everywhere, and increasingly hard to find.
Compact fluorescent lamps and tubes
Schools, offices, corridors, washrooms: DULUX, PL-C, PL-S, BIAX and T8 tubes. Banned from production, but we still hold stock.
Halogen and discontinued references
Village halls, council chambers, accent lighting: Halospot 111, Decostar, R7s linear lamps and the OSRAM, Philips, GE or Sylvania references dropped from the catalogues.

Yes. You order against a purchase order, you receive the goods and the invoice, and payment follows by « mandat administratif » once the service is delivered.
Do you file invoices on Chorus Pro?
Yes. The invoice is issued in the Factur-X electronic format and filed on Chorus Pro. Send us your SIRET, your service code and your commitment number.
How do I get a quote?
Send the list of references, or simply a photo of the lamps to be replaced. You receive a priced quote, valid for your purchase order.
What if the reference is no longer made?
We check our stock first: we keep discontinued references. Otherwise we propose a compatible replacement, checking cap, voltage, wattage and colour temperature.
