⚠️ This is NOT an LED bulb: G12 base, it requires a ballast (electronic or magnetic) and an igniter matched to the CDM-T wattage, already present on the existing installation if you're replacing a burnt-out CDM-T like-for-like. For a new install, a compatible ballast and G12 holder must be sourced separately — this is not a "screw in and it works" lamp like an LED bulb.

No: unlike an LED bulb, this discharge lamp requires a compatible CDM-T ballast and igniter upstream. Without them, it won't light up.
