LED spotlight GU10 10 W: 1,000 lumens as a direct replacement
This Modee GU10 LED spotlight with an aluminium and plastic body gives 1,000 lumens for 10 W. It fits directly on 230 V in place of a halogen spotlight, with a quarter turn. Its wide 110° beam comes close to general lighting: a few spotlights are enough to light a corridor, a kitchen or a living room evenly, with no circles of light on the floor.
What kind of light?
Cool white 6000 K is close to daylight under a clear sky: a bright light that brings out detail, appreciated in a garage, a utility room, a storeroom or a workshop.
Good to know
The body combines aluminium and plastic: the aluminium draws the heat away, which ensures a long life. It is not compatible with a dimmer: use it on a simple switch. Rated IP20, it is for indoor use only, in a dry room.
