With 10 W and 1,000 lumens, this Modee A3 series LED floodlight easily lights a front door, a garden shed or a passage alongside the house. Its wide 120° beam covers the area in one sweep, with no pronounced hot spot.
Lighting that only comes on when it is needed
The built-in motion sensor switches the floodlight on as soon as a person or a vehicle enters its field, then turns it off by itself. It is more convenient than a switch when you come home with your arms full, more of a deterrent to an unwelcome visitor, and it avoids leaving the outside lights on all night.
What kind of light?
Cool white 6000 K is close to daylight under a clear sky: a bright light that brings out detail, carries furthest and gives the best contrast outdoors.
Construction and installation
The aluminium body also acts as a heat sink: it draws heat away from the LEDs, which keeps the light output stable over time. The mounting bracket lets you tilt the head to aim the light exactly where it is needed.
