A solar wall light for a fence, wall or terrace

This Modee solar LED wall light screws onto a wall, a post, a fence panel or a railing. It marks out a fence, picks out a terrace or signals an entrance, where running electricity would make no sense.

How it works

Everything is self-contained: the solar cell charges its battery during the day, then the light comes on automatically at dusk. The battery is a rechargeable AA Ni-MH cell, included: it is easy to replace once it wears out.

What kind of light?

Its cool white light, crisp and clearly visible from a distance, plainly marks a path or the edge of a flower bed.

Positioning

The more direct sun the panel gets, the longer it stays lit. Avoid the foot of a hedge or a north-facing wall, and expect a shorter runtime in winter. Protected against rain and splashing water (IP44), it can stay outdoors all season. A switch lets you turn it off, for winter storage for example.
