Specialty bulbs

Specialty bulbs are the ones you will not find in a DIY store or from a general distributor: projection and studio lamps, sources for microscopes and laboratory instruments, UV and actinic lamps, oven bulbs rated to 300 °C, blacklight, and effect lamps for the stage.

StrassElec keeps them in permanent stock, including references discontinued by their manufacturers. Every product page states the cap, voltage, wattage and — where one exists — the ANSI or LIF code, which is what lets you match a lamp from one brand to another.
