Lighting a worktop with no cast shadow

Fixed under a wall unit, this Modee LED batten, 57.3 cm long (8 W, 800 lumens), lights the worktop just below, where the ceiling light casts a shadow as soon as you lean forward. It is also useful in a dressing room, or above a workbench or a desk.

Settings

It is switched on by its built-in switch. Neutral white 4000 K gives a crisp light, neither yellow nor bluish: the most versatile tone, at home in a kitchen, an office, a hallway or a corridor.

Installation

Very flat, it screws or clips under the unit and stays out of sight when you are standing. Rated IP20, it is for indoor use only, in a dry room.
