The R80 PHILIPS reflector bulb rated 60 W casts a directed beam of warm white light (2700 K) with perfect colour rendering (CRI 100) — the gentle glow only an incandescent filament gives. Its Ø 80 mm reflector concentrates the light for accenting: pictures, shelves, worktops.
Standard E27 base: it screws in place of the old bulb with no modification and works with any dimmer (dimming shifts to very warm tones, typical of a filament). These bulbs are no longer made: this is original PHILIPS stock, new and boxed — the way to keep your existing fittings.
It replaces any incandescent R80 60 W E27 spot of any brand: OSRAM CONCENTRA R80, SYLVANIA Spot R80, GE Lighting Spot R80… All those ranges are off the market — this PHILIPS stock is the like-for-like replacement.

What does R80 mean?
The number is the reflector diameter in millimetres: R50 = Ø 50 mm, R63 = Ø 63 mm, R80 = Ø 80 mm. Pick the same diameter as your old bulb, with the matching base (E27 here).
Is it dimmable?
Yes, fully, with any dimmer for resistive loads: the light shifts to very warm tones as you dim — the charm of the filament.
