The GE ARC150 150 W discharge lamp (single-ended tubular) is a quartz metal-halide high-intensity discharge lamp. It emits warm white light at 3,000 K (IRC 70) and about 13,000 lumens, with excellent colour stability.
It runs on suitable discharge control gear (ballast + ignitor) matched exactly to its wattage (150 W) and type: it never connects directly to the mains. Its outer envelope screens UV (UVC). Warm-up takes 2–3 min; after switch-off, let it cool for a few minutes before restrike.

How long to full light?
