LEDVANCE T8 LED tubes (G13 base) replace 438 to 1500 mm fluorescent tubes in existing battens, using about half the energy. Universal versions work on both magnetic and electronic ballasts, UO versions give more light and Fluora supports plant growth. How to choose

Check the wiring: an EM (or Universal) LED tube works on a magnetic ballast by swapping the starter, an HF tube needs a compatible electronic ballast, a mains (230 V) tube requires removing the ballast.
Choose the same length as the old tube: 600, 1200 or 1500 mm for T8; 549, 849, 1149 or 1449 mm for T5.
