Ecofit is Philips' most affordable T8 LED tube range, to replace a 1200 or 1500 mm fluorescent tube while keeping the batten. HO versions give more light, for workshops and warehouses. Philips guarantees them for 2 years, against 3 years for CorePro.

How to choose

Check the wiring: an EM (or Universal) LED tube works on a magnetic ballast by swapping the starter, an HF tube needs a compatible electronic ballast, a mains (230 V) tube requires removing the ballast.
Choose the same length as the old tube: 600, 1200 or 1500 mm for T8; 549, 849, 1149 or 1449 mm for T5.
